Penguins and Krill

New sketch for another small black and white illustration. This one is about how Adelie penguin populations are in danger due to a decrease in their main food source, krill. The krill population is decreasing due to rising water temperatures, and over-hunting by humans and whales alike.

Here, I wanted to demonstrate that krill are Adelie penguins’ main food source, but they are also shown disintegrating from the body of the penguin, to help demonstrate the slow loss of food.
